As everyone should know by now, I love doing group activities with this site. Keeps everyone in game, ya know? And interested. Now for my next idea'ish, I'm curious to who all has access to AIM or Skype(free to download). And, for step number two, who all has access to a headset/mic. Please reply with your comments and I'll let you know more information about the idea soon.

I have neither sadly, but I can't download anything either. Comp's too much of a virus risk.

My laptop has all of that, but my PC only has AIM. So whatever we do just remind me to use Pixel.

I have an old, outdated mic, and AIM. I'm not sure if the mic will work, but I might be able to rig something up.

So it looks like quite a few of us have access to one or the other, or both. AIM seems to have the higher advantage to member interest, but Skype has better quality. Though, I will not force anyone to download anything unnecessary. (And sorry to hear that you can't download Storm T.T). So, most likely- AIM it'll be (heads up Backwing). Now, IMing is simply just another chatbox. But I was thinking more to the side of the vocal conversation / conferences, thus I asked who has a headset or mic. Realize that if you do have a headset or a good pair of speakers anyway, you don't really need a mic- you can still type in the conversation, and hear the others. But yeah. Any open thoughts about this? I think it'd be fun. Something I use to do when I played Final Fantasy XI: Online hehe. 4-5 people on mic having the most random conversations. Pretty addicting really.

I think it's a good idea! I just have to know when others are on, since I don't get on AIM right off the bat.
Storm, do you have a screenname on AIM? Cause if you do you can use gmail to get on it, without downloading it.

I used to have an AIM account, but I can't remember it at all and nor do I wish to use it. It might have been what gave me viruses last time...
