Nephthys sighed and shook his head as he walked around the tiny femme, his feet thundering on the ground, not bothering to look at the disgusting creature that lay on Zypher's back. Once he was standing in front of Zypher, he tilted his head to one side and he knew instantly what they were both thinking: was he going to kill them or show them mercy? They'd be very surprised on what he was capable of and what he was capable of thinking. "Still not on the verge of talking the two of you?" he asked. "How disappointing." He eyed Zypher again and sniffed her face and neck curiously. His tail was held half way up into the air as his body language acknowledged its respect towards him. He kept his extra heads firmly in control as they mentally begged him, asking if they could kill them right there and now, and he growled a warning at them to silence them at once, which they were quick to obey. "You, small one," he said to Zypher, "seemed to have a lot of guts. I am well aware that you are the creation of Megatron. No doubt about it that there is very little difference between you two except in personality and gender." He snorted in disgust. "You may have potential and skills, but you lack the ability to even bring it up. It's a disgrace to me, and I'm sure your... creator would agree with me and would not hesitate to destroy you. I, on the other hand, always show mercy to sparklings and younglings such as yourself." He lifted his head and snorted smoke from his nostrils, turning his head in the direction of the Earth where his nemesis lied. It was a quick glance, but his optics shifted back to the two. Should he spare them and let them walk away or kill them and prevent any more interruptions? For once in his life, he was clueless to the answer. The only thing he could do was threaten them, and threaten them he did. He turned his cold stare onto Len, his blood red optics boring holes into her own, "If you ever think about setting your so-called friends upon me or even think about doing anything else foolish, especially that WarMonger, then consider your seeker friend scrapmetal. You don't want anything to happen to him, do you?" His optics shifted back to Zypher. "And as for you, meet me back here tomorrow at the exact same time that you got here. It's time you learnt how to fight and stand up on your own feet. If you want to be noticed by Megatron, then show up." He leered at it coldly. "But don't think I am doing this from the goodness of my Spark, because I'm not. I am doing this just so that you can toughen up that worthless attitude of yours. By the time I'm finished with you, you'll even forget the day that you were even a sparkling or Megatron's creation. Megatron needs more warriors in his army and I'm sure that he would gladly agree with me. If you want to live to see the next day, then you snap back into reality and show me what you are made of, whether you like it or not, you are stuck with me as your teacher." Not bothering to wait for her answer, Nephthys spread his massive wingspan and gave one mighty flap before taking off into the air and headed back to the base. Should Zypher not bother to show up, then he would be more than happy to punish it severely, but not kill it, until it had learned the hard way to not skip a lesson with the mighty dragon that Megatron respected.

Several long heavy seconds trickled by before the tiny dragon could move. When it did, it was putting its claws through a boulder, screaming in rage.
"No! This not it go! This not how it go!" Zypher roared loudly, tail lashing the ground like a whip.
Len went tumbling off it's back as it darted forward, transformed and brought itself down on the ground again, nose horn dug deep into the dust. It yank it out, sending dust and rock flying.
"Gaaah! Stupid Prime! Zypher haaate!" it continued to yell into the dirt, voice at full blast as flames spilled from its wide open mouth. In both modes.
"Why Zypher? Why Zypher this? Huh!? Slag! Slagslagslagslag!!"
Tears were falling from its optics by the time it finally ended torturing its vocalizer. Zypher fell to it's knees not too far from the human clutching its face while it sobbed.
"Zypher always fail..."

Flying off during the flailing rage of the small dragon, Len was thankful to not be paralyzed in fear any longer, landing on all fours with a slide. Close call to getting her back punctured by a rock near by. Watching the creature practically go insane over Nephthys's words, she could only wonder what she meant by this isn't how it goes. Did Zypher have a past with Nephthys or another powerful being, she could not tell. She could only worry. "Hey...are you okay?" she asked lightly, walking over to the face-covered dragon.

"No...Zypher no okay..." it murmured weakly, one tear-soaked optic peeking out from between its scrawny digits, "Zypher made big mistake. Should listen whirly-bird..."
The optic disappeared again as a new wave of fluid leaked over its knees, "Zypher sorry! Got Len trouble...Starscream mad now, Zypher know!"

A weak smile formed on Len's lips as the dragon took another fit. "Don't be sorry okay? We both agreed to it, and we both got consequences, its' noones fault. And, Starscream won't know if we don't tell him, right?" she tilted her head slightly, placing her hands on her bent knees while looking at Zypher. She let off a small giggle.

Zypher frowned and slowly slipped to its belly on the ground, chin half way buried in dust, "Zypher guess..."
It flipped over, weakly glaring at the Earth and then at the base with a fire in its optics that look oddly similar to Megatron's, "Zypher still need go with Bad Prime. Bah, Zypher hate Bad Prime! Zypher no choice!"
Arms folded across its flat chest, the dragon grumbled with its shark-like teeth gnashed together in a narrow silver zig-zag, "Zypher need get back now. Len come."
It righted itself, transforming back into the quadruped mode and bent down so the human could ride on its back again.

Saying nothing more, Len climbed aboard its back. Latching lightly around the neck, she nodded in signature that she was ready to take off back to the base.

Zypher acknowledged her with a curt nod then took off for the base. It flew slowly, dreading stepping foot back into the their fortress of solitude. Dreading having to run into Megatron and the other dragon it quickly came to hate with a passion. Also dreading having to face Starscream again as well. The nice little bump Len had on the back of her head wasn't exactly subtle and Cyclonus was likely to glitch at it for going against its promise. Everything had sunk down to rock bottom in a matter of minuets, but Zypher wasn't one question matters for very long. It knew from experience that trying to change events forcefully was a bad idea. It shouldn't have spied on the Prime, but that was in the past.
Now it had to pick up and move on the path that was best for its survival. Currently, that path seemed to be following in the sizable paw steps of the huge dragon. The thought made it growl into the none-wind in aggravation, but it was penance for a near fatal mistake and it had to take it standing up like a true Decepticon. Odd really, Zypher never thought it would ever consider its self as a member of its birth faction, but here it was, puffing out its chest at the chance to prove the Prime wrong for calling it weak and simple-minded.
However, Len was still its responsibility and her safety overrode all else at the moment. If Len had been attacked, there was no doubt that Zypher would have left a couple of good slashes across the middle head's nose. Sure, that would have gotten its wings severed from its body, but Zypher was never one to break a promise to anyone. Starscream most of all.
"Len okay?" it asked half way through their trek, hoping the nasty knot on the human's skull wasn't leaking, "Len look like pain..."

Laying arrest on Zypher's back, Len only nodded to reassure. "I'm fine.." Being reminded of the knock to the head, she lightly placed a hand ontop of it. It wasn't bleeding, or at least she thought it wasn't. It was hard to notice, as her system didn't leak blood, but simply showed the red goo until it scabbed. She wondered of how Pandora and Starscream were, if the winged femme found any information so far about Unicron.

"Good, good." it replied a little more cheerily than before.
Never being programmed for complicated emotions, Zypher quickly got over what little self-loathing it still had and flapped its traffic-cone colored wings with more enthusiasm than before. In a way, it hadn't done anything wrong and it was absolutely positive the nice human on its back wouldn't breath a word of what happened to anyone.
But still, it wasn't in the mood for smiling just yet. It was almost at the base and the first thing Zypher planned to do was make its presents known to the mech it came to know as its father and leader. Megatron. It choked on the word, half in disgust and half in true fear, but Nephthys wouldn't allow either one to happen so Zypher had to practice on keep its self in check, especially around its elders.
Also, it doubted it could it could help Starscream anymore. Guilt ate at its belly knowing it had screwed up big time, and that could be enough for Zypher to spill everything to the crimson out of the sheer urge not to hide anything from its savior. But that wasn't an option. Not now. However...if Zypher played its cards right then maybe it could function as a sort of...double agent, keeping an optic on Nephthys while still helping the crimson find Unicron.
The thought was very appealing, but it figured it would have do a little more mental training before it could even attempt it. Though it was sure it wouldn't hurt to tell Len. After all, Nephthys' target wasn't the human and chances are he would care to threaten her again as long as she kept her distance. This could work out after all...
"Zypher have plan..."

Riding upon the pondering Zypher, Len had almost fell into a daze, the closest thing she could get to sleep. But just as she was about to fade into her own world, she heard it speak up. "A plan?" she questioned. She looked up to find the base in walking distance, wondering if the plan had any connection with the base itself or the few bots that remained inside.

Zypher didn't say anything right away, too preoccupied with landing on the massive threshold leading to the guts of the old cargo ship that served as their base. Claws tapping thoughtfully, the dragon remained silent for several moments, carefully picking through its words before speaking up.
"Zypher keep optic on Bad Prime. Act like Zypher obey then tell Screamer what Bad Prime say do. Double agent sorts." it explained quietly, but no smirk or grin crossed its face. It was serious.
"Len need stay quiet. No word no one." it added on, letting the girl slip off its back before transforming and looking at all sides at once, optics wavering nervously. It acted like Nephthys was lurking just out of sight and earshot even though he wasn't, but it never hurt to be careful.
"Zypher need think out. Work details." it continued in contemplation, processor working harder then ever before in its life cycle, "Zypher figure out eventually."

Looking up at the mech not much taller than her compared to all her other companions and enemies, she nodded quietly. "I see... I will not speak a word to anyone else then. Not even Screamer, until you're ready." Looking around nervously, Len too, was paranoid of who may possibly overhear. But of course, noone was around. Looking back into the colored stray optics, she nodded again, as if to promise the dragon that its' plan was safe with her.

"Thank Len!" Zypher finally smiled again and bent down to hug the waist-high human, being careful not crush her on accident.
"Len good friend!" it released her then slowly backed away, the smile vanishing once more, "Zypher stay contact...Zypher go see Megatron now...wish luck."
With that, the dragon simply transformed into beast mode and stalked inside and out of sight like a indigo shadow. Its orange accents were the only thing that could be seen before the darkness of the base swallowed it whole.

Len let off a small giggle, shocked by the dragons' happiness. It must have really wanted to get the Nephthys guy off the base just as much as everyone else. But needless to say, she had taken a liking to the creature. Released from the hug, she nodded once more, "Good luck, Zypher." Watching the figure disappear, engulfed by the darkness in which many others lived, Len too, dropped her smile. It was replaced by what was a mixture of a sorrowful frown and serious glare. She had to find Starscream before Pandora was done, and somehow find a way to stick with him.
