Nephthys calmly strolled in the middle of the crater, his tail dragging on the ground and his main head held up high. his blood red optics glinted, casting a glow of hidden emotions that only he kept to himself. Round and round the crater he went, doing several laps as he thought of the situation that was beginning to occur. Sideways mentioning the Chaos-Bringer by name, Starscream's modern disappearance after he had a few words with him, and the sudden appearance of that fembot, Pandora. Of all the nerve, why on Cybertron did it have to be a sarcastic femme? He didn't know nor did he even care one bit. He was far too caught up in wondering why Sideways had said that his fury with Spiritimus would satisfy the beast. "Obviously he's got a screw loose, or Megatron didn't do a very good job in his reprograming," he muttered to the two heads, who agreed with him by giving off small clicks and grunts in affirmation to his words. "Whatever is going on, I'm bound to find out sooner or later." Nephthys shook his head and tapped his talons effortlessly against the cold stone that mattered little to him. He was far too busy thinking about his deal with Megatron. He'd made his choice and he knew that he had to abuy by his code: obey only the leader, despite your position. Grumbling, the large dragon lay down on his stomach and shifted his optics over towards the Earth that was hovering above him. A mere view, but it surely was interesting. Still, he didn't see why Spiritimus viewed it as a second home. "Pathetic..." he hissed before he lowered his head on his paws and continued to stare into an endless void of nothingness.

Zypher stopped abruptly about a hundred oh so feet from where she picked up the strong brimstone scent of the much bigger dragon. Her enthusiam was pretty much squished like a bug. The size of his paws were bigger then she was!
With a small flick of it's wing, Zypher signaled Len to stay silent as it pain stakingly creapt forward with cautious steps. It knew better than to sneak up on idle beasts. When it got as close as it dared, it planted its belly on the ground and spread its audio wide, listening to the Decepticon Prime's heavy breathing.

Len didn't do a thing to let the smaller dragon know that she would follow the order of being quiet. She didn't have to know- she had already witnessed the dragon and come on many close calls of feeling his wrath. Hugging the smaller dragon as close as she could, she peered over it's shoulder slightly to spot the resting con. He didn't seem the least happiest. Then again, the run in with Pandora would leave any hothead grumpy.

Slowly, the right head stirred, hissing in an unexpected tone, but Npehthys took no heed to its warning, he was already aware of what was going on. His sense of hearing had detected the presence of something small and light. He knew that someone was here, but he made no attempt to notice. He decided it was time to have a little fun with the pests, even if he had to kill them just to get them to leave him alone. "Why aren't you doing anything, master?" the left head hissed in a language only Nephthys could understand. "Because," Nephthys hissed back, "I thought it might be fun to see what these little ones will do. I have a feeling that they are spying for just the sake of boredom." "Why not destroy them before they find out anything about you?" the right head asked curiously. Nephthys twitched his tail and snapped at the right head, his teeth clamping down on its jaws to silence it. Despite it being attached to him, he could feel the pain shooting through like fire burning his most vulnerable spots. "Only a fool would go and attack a sparkling!" he spat. "I may despise humans next to you-know-who, but sparklings are not to be attacked because it is part of my honor. If you dare to attack them, then I will rip you off and regrow another head that will be just as sensible as you! Am I clear on that?" "Crystal," the right head rumbled as it listened to the left head's snickering at his painful debut. "I won't do anything unless you say so, master!" "Good." Nephthys then released the right head's jaws and returned to his previous position. Resting his head on his paws, he closed his optics again, but kept his sensors on high alert to listen to what the two would do. He knew one of them was Len, but he was not sure who the other was, but he could tell it was a youngling.

The events that took place scared the young dragon pretty slagging good. The sharp hisses hurt it audios terribly because of the volume, but it didn't dare lower them least it mess something important. The sudden activity from the previously quiet beast was a sure sign that he had sensed them, but Zypher didn't know if it was wise to move back or just stay still. Most of all, it was worried about Len. Starscream would gut her if anything happened to the young human.
Slowly, its wings moved up to fold over Len's prone form, sheilding her from sight and from any attack the Prime was thinking about launching. Other then that it was completely still.
Like a deer in the headlights.

Being covered by the wings slightly startled Len, twitching as she practically felt the metal from the wings 'bones' touch her back. Confused of why the dragon suddenly got so defensive, she tried to maneuver slightly to her audio receptors. "Whats going on down there?" she whispered to the lowest tone, almost like a buzz from a fly during an alarm.

Nephthys sighed and twitched his tail once again, pulling his wings firmly around himself as an act of returning to his previous position. He kept one optic on the boulder on where the two were hiding, but he was quick to close it again. He was in no mood for being interrupted, especially when he was so busy thinking about when the deal was going to be driven off. Still, it bothered him a bit when he wondered when he would be going to Earth. Obviously he had a feeling that Faye was going to fail and he couldn't help but chuckle at the mere thought. "Obviously Rodimus knows that Faye cannot be trusted," he mused. "You seem to know so much," the left head said quietly in the strange language. It was the only one of the two that did not speak English, making it very odd for such a strange pair. "I only know because of the connection," Nephthys admitted in English. "Obviously you-know-who has found a way to block out my false visions. Although I cannot say much for Rodimus. His mind's weaker than a child's. I'm surprised her father has made it this far despite his weakened condition." The right head was too busy shaking itself to get rid of the Energon that had leaked from its punctured face to even notice the conversation, but it listened half-heartedly. "When do you think we can go to Earth?" the left head asked. If anyone had an acute sense of hearing, then they may have picked up the word 'Earth'. "Soon," Nephthys replied. "I hope real soon. If Faye does not hurry up with his spying business, then Megatron can kiss his deal goodbye." "But you're still not recovered," the right head finally spoke up in English. "You have to be at your full strength if you are to face you-know-who, Rodimus and Optimus." Nephthys hissed and slammed a foot down hard on the right head until its face was buried in the cold ground of the Moon. "Do not tell me something I already know!" he spat. "The Autobots are dazed, confused, and the United Heroes are fighting amongst their own. I could use that little femme to my advantage in the future. Like me, she too was an experiment from the Decepticons, but she is no clone. Just a weapon that has the mind of a child, but the violent temper of a storm!" "Then I guess they don't call her Blazestorm for nothing," the left head snickered. "No, they don't," Nephthys agreed before releasing the right head from his venom dripping talons. "Of course, I could always poison one of the Primes and have Optimus swear his allegiance to Megatron. You know there is no known cure for the venom. Of course, if they want the antivenom, the only way to get it is from me. The venom itself." "Make Prime swear allegiance to Megatron while other Prime suffers? Make Rodimus or you-know-who so sick that Optimus will have to do it." "Quite so."

Zypher's audios picked it all up perfectly, her simple but unbiased mind committing his words to memory rather then coming to conclusions like most would have done. At the moment, it was ignoring the human, but for a good reason.
It needed to keep all of its attention focused on the larger dragon and it didn't want to falter, know that doing so could be fatal. As it stood there, a sort of morbid respect was felt toward Nephthys and tell-tale signs of submission were tugging at the edge of the chromatic dragon's muscle cables. A far flung instinct that came from both her own programming and that of her alt mode's.
Finally the urge was too strong and Zypher's nervous gaze completely diverted from the older dragon and its belly was flat to the ground, wings curled in closer then before. It felt like it needed to do this to avoid getting itself and Len killed.
So much for spying...
"Sorry..." it rumbled to the human.

Feeling the crampnes of the wings hugging tightly to the dragons own body, Len winced but did not dare take a breath. Had Zypher heard something- seen something- that it wasn't comfortable with? A death threat from Nephthys- she didn't know. All she did know, was that something was going wrong with this spying plan. "M-Maybe we should leave..." Len managed to squeak.

Nephthys finally decided that now was the time to make his move. His patience had been driven to the point on what he wanted to find out from the two spies. Slowly, he stood up as the two heads instantly bowed themselves to show that he was once again in charge of them. They had spoken their minds, and they knew that now was the time to find out what the two wanted. Nephthys turned his head towards the boulder and spread his wings out as wide as he could. He let off a simple roar and, as quick as lightning could strike, he rushed over from behind the two with his big feet barely making any noise and his tail blade smashed down in front of them, sending rock and dust flying in its wake. He watched in satisfaction as they turned towards his massive frame as he towered above them like a skyscraper dominating the motels and hotels. He lowered his head and let his blood red optics glow a bit before he settled his powerful gaze onto the little dragon and then back onto Len. "Well, well," he finally spoke in his icy tone, "if it isn't one of the faithful companions of the seeker. How nice of you to pop by and give me a kind greeting. It's not every day that I get visitors." His gaze then shifted back to the tiny dragon and he smirked a little. "It's also nice to see that you have brought a friend along for the ride. It's not every day that I get to see a child as small as this." The two heads snickered, but refrained themselves from saying anything. They knew what their master was going to do, and they had no intention of interrupting him. Toy with them for a bit and then decide what to do with them. "So then, what brings you two the courage to come and spy on me? It must've taken a lot of guts to show your faces around me."

Huge clouds of dust were being thrown up from where Zypher's nose laid tucked against the ground. Its hard, fearful breathing was saturated with mumbles spoken in a low, deep rumble mimicking a dragon's, but the language was high caste Cybertronian. There was no way to translate what she was saying into English, but a rough meaning would have been a very formal address used for top ranking members and then a basic belittling of the self.
The rest of it was stark still save for the quivering of its wings, which were now slack and useless at its side, exposing poor Len. It knew the human was there and so the shaky apology was added on to include her as well. When it had finished speaking what it had it too, Zypher clamped its optic shut and waited for whatever punishment the Prime had planned for it and Len...

It took Len a second to realize exactly what just happened. They were caught, and her shield of wings were gone. Now she laid ontop of the smaller dragon's spine, and looking dead at her, was Nephthys. She turned quickly, her back now pressed against the metallic spine, wide eyes staring into the blood-red optics that cursed her. "Y-You..." she managed to tremble out, holding her stare in fear. She couldn't do anything as far as her body movements went. If she lifted her arm to send a message to Cyclonus, it'd be more blunt that oil on water. If she tried to scoot back, it was quite obvious a large paw to Zypher's back would be her very own destruction. She couldn't even tremble upon the smaller dragon, staring into the face of death. All she could do was lay back, as still as a statue.

Nephthys was amused by the terror that had stricken the human and the sparkling. He lifted an optic ridge and lowered his head even further before he took a small whiff that ruffled the human's odd covering on her head. It tickled his nostrils, but he paid no heed to the feeling within it. It was itchy, but it was not enough to make him sneeze. "Not in a good mood for explanation, huh? Or are you too scared to even admit what you were doing?" he sneered as he took another step forward and eyed Zypher curiously, tilting his head to one side before returning his attention back onto Len. "I guess you humans really are as weak as they come by." Emitting a chuckle when he saw Zypher quiver in his presence, he knew that the child was afraid of what he was going to do to her. It seemed like nearly everyone feared him and he seemed content with that thought. "I am not surprised that you would take it upon yourself to babysit a child. Be glad that I'm not up for killing you now, otherwise Starscream would blame me for your 'disappearance' and have my head." He then nudged Zypher with his nose, careful to not overdo it because of his massive strength and her tiny frame that he dwarfed over. To him, she looked so tiny compared to his feet and he knew that he could easily crush her with one of them or allow one of his heads to grab her in their jaws and swallow her whole. "Up on your feet, kid, I haven't got all day," he rumbled as his voice turned to just ice that held impatience and annoyance instead of fury and rage that normally dripped with sarcastic venom. "Are you just going to sit there and tremble like the sparkling that you are or am I going to have to force you back on your feet? I'm surprised you managed to take it upon yourself to get this close to me and live, especially with your... companion. I'm not surprised she's made this far."

Zypher resisted the urge to whimper as it stood up on all four paws, wavering badly, but other wise stable with its neck arched in a respectful bow. Even if it was too scared to take in his full size, the paws mere feet from its optics were all that it was willing to handle. Indeed the evil Prime was truly a king among dragons, far bigger than the creatures it got its alt. mode from. He was strangely like Megatron, intolerant of disrespect and living on the fear of others. Now groveling at his paws, it reminded Zypher of its very first memory. It was of looking up at Megatron, its creator, and the sheer scrutiny in the Decepticon Leader's optics. Then the cold, harsh rejection that quickly followed suit. The experience had been burned into its CPU, but laid forgotten over the years of blessed isolation.
Now it boiled in its mind like a hot coal, searing the inside on its mind in fear and the sheer urge to simply rear up and scream. That little comfort was denied now that silence was the key to keeping both its self and Len alive. The key to appealing the beast before them, no matter how degrading it maybe.

Len fidgeted as the shift in Zypher's body caused her hand to slip, an effect of the human's upper torso now being unsupported to fall back, meeting feircefully to the steel-hard bone. Wincing, she shot straight back up, holding the back of her head in aching pain. She muttered a good amount of curses, that of the pain striken to her head, and the quick movement that followed, very well known to catch the dragon Prime's optic. She didn't dare look up, again to meet to those deep crimson optics. She kept her head low. It was a mixture of pain and fear now, up to the point that she couldn't decide rather to scream or cry. Everything was falling apart, and just as her friends just concluded that Unicron would not be her death, they never said that Nephthys wouldn't be. A continous vibe shot down her very own spine, only reacting to the shear vibrations she felt from Zypher. It too, was scared out of its' wits. And this didn't help Len's thoughts. Numberous thoughts. Was it over- would he attack- would he spare- would he just walk away without another word? Would she be able to see her crimson companion and helicopter friend again in this life time... too many questions with just one answer, the answer that stood in front of her.
